• For new families: Non-refundable Application Fee of $100 during Priority Admissions (January 6-30, 2026) or $150 from January 30th, 2026 onward.
• For new families after acceptance: Non-refundable Enrollment and Materials Fee of $150 for each new incoming student (ECC-Grade 8).
• Current families: Non-refundable combined Re-enrollment and Materials Fee of $225 before January 30, 2026 or $300 from January 30, 2026.

Payment Options:

• Option I: ACH- Monthly automatic deductions each month from your bank account. *This method is mandatory for all ECC students.*
• Option II: Yearly Payment (check post-dated for August 7, 2026)
• Option III: Bi-yearly Payment (two checks post-dated for August 7, 2026 and January 7, 2027)

Family Discounts

Families with more than one child enrolled will be charged the full tuition amount for the first child but will receive a discount for subsequent children. For purposes of calculating discounts, the youngest child enrolled will be considered the first child (starting from ECC):

• 2nd child 20% discount
• 3rd child 30% discount
• 4th child 40% discount
• 5th child 50% discount

Limited financial aid is available for families with students in Montessori Level 1-Grade 8. There is no financial aid available for the ECC. Financial aid applications must be submitted yearly. Strict deadlines apply in order to qualify.

Tuition Payment Methods

PAYMENT OPTION	DESCRIPTION
(Option I) Monthly automatic deductions (ACH)	Monthly automatic deductions each month from your bank account (ACH) A voided check and ACH form must be submitted during the enrollment period. All monthly deductions will be made on the 7th of each month (unless the 7th falls on a non business day). Deductions start in August and end in May. All ECC students must use this payment method.
(Option II) Annual payment	One check for the yearly fee: Payment via check of the full amount post-dated for August 7th, 2026.
(Option III) Bi-annual payment	Two checks splitting the yearly payment: The first payment should be dated for August 7, 2026 and the second payment should be post-dated for January 7, 2027 of the academic year.

*Families enrolling a child in the ECC are required to pay via Option I: Automatic Monthly Deductions each month from your bank account (ACH).
